Hi Jim,
I just clicked over to take a look at some of the homes available in your area, I was astounded to see what you get for the price in that area. From my So Cal perspective absolutely beautiful.
Jim
Sounds like Sandy Shores Georgia is a great place to live.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig

Jim,
There sure are some stately looking homes for sale in Sandy Springs.
most of the links show Suwanee...? For those in California, Sandy Springs is a suburb...Suwanee is more of an exurb. If you are willing to drive 30+ miles from downtown you can definitely get a McMansion on the cheap...sandy springs is closer and much more pricey, though not nearly as loony as California!
Jim...My husband used to live in Atlanta (mid-80's)...I believe the Buckhead area...He thought Sandy Springs would have potential one day...Looks like it has...Cherise
Jim I have not heard of any municipal incorporations within the last 5 years - are they sound financially?
Rich Cederberg- Albuquerque Real Estate Blog (RE/MAX Finest) Yes there are.
Charles - Check now. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Cherise Selley (Selley Group Real Estate, LLC) You cannot beat Sandy Springs location.
Karen Kruschka - Prince William, Fairfax ,Stafford County VA Real Estate Service (RE/MAX Olympic Realty) Karen, we've had about 4 incorporations take place in our area in recent years. Sandy Springs, Milton, John's Creek, and Dunwoody. I am assuming they are all sound.
