In Bristow, VA we are averaging 18 days on the market. Of course our prices are 1/3 of what Country Club of the South are.
Kim Curran (RE/MAX Unlimited of Northern Virginia) Kim, there looks like a big swing in $$$$ in original list price and what the homes are are really selling for. A major disconnect here.
