Real Estate Blog Posts I Would Love to See!
There
really are some great innovative real estate posts online, but
maybe too many are way to serious. Sometimes we need t
lighten it up and have a good laugh at ourselves.
For the last week or so, I was thinking of some Blog topics
as I read through the posts, and thinking of what topics ere not
covered here on Active Rain and other real estate Blogs. Some
posts are great, and others are boastful and loaded with ego.
When I read about an agent really posting a situation that
needs either their brokers opinion on a contract dispute, or someone
that really needs legal advice or guidance from an Attorney I shudder.
So much of what we do is guided by State real estate license
law, our own MLS, the NAR Code of Ethics and broker of office
policy...maybe it is wise to seek advice and counsel offline, and not
commit our petty grievances or concerns to the privacy of the
Internet.
So this is an attempt to turn those thoughts into something humorous.
